We ate bits of leftovers.
Potato chips, soup and prawn toasts.
Judy, love the mock fish patties, like Kimmyh , they are new to me.

I'm glad you enjoyed them Chookie, it's unusual to be able to introduce you to a simple recipe that you've never tried.

I'm living out of the freezer for a quite a few days this week.

JulieO's roasted tomato soup recipe has been given it's own thread http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=16509.

Thanks Judy. It will certainly be easy to find now.

Beginning of Mothers Day celebrations here. Roast lamb with the trimmings. Apple cake tart with ice cream and Raspberries.  I will be doing what I love, cooking for family.

Mothers' Day starts early for me too today Chookie but I'm taking the easy way out ;D  I'm taking Mum out to lunch.  It's hard to get her to want to go out these days  so I was pleased when she said yes for a change.

I only had to cook some potatoes, cauli and zooks to go with the left over silverside and mustard sauce from Thursday.      I had cooked the meat in the Varoma and it was the best ever.     Used this recipe with great success.

It's wonderful that you are enjoying your thermomix Liz.
Last night we had stir fry Vegies with chicken pies from the freezer. No fishing again today so will have to raid the freezer for tonight's meal.

Skinnymixers chicken tikka masala tonight. Bought Nikalene's new cookbook and this was the first chance I've had to make something from it. Was very nice.
