Got to say, I could drink the sauce LOL. Have just frozen the leftovers with a note to add some more chicken when I reheat.

Oh Kimmyh your cooking is amazing; I love the richness of the Guinness stew and the risotto is just about jumping off the screen waiting to be eaten. Unfortunately DH doesn't like alcohol or risotto and I am thinking I will have to do some me cooking and give him a steak (which he loves). Are those two recipes on the forum as I haven't braved Facebook yet. You are making me very hungry.
After all that I cooked Peanut Chicken last night for tonight's dinner. It is a Nik2win recipe from this forum and very nice; thanks Nik.
