Leftovers at home tonight as I'm going to the hairdressers direct from work. There's soup, pulled pork, beef schnitzel  or risotto so they can each choose their favourite.

I overfilled my slow cooker with a chicken casserole, came home to a lovely smell and a soggy bench!
Trying to get extra meals in the freezer for when I'm feeling particularly lazy.

Casserole looks tasty Bedlan; I always seem to have a mess on my bench. I thought it would get tidier with thermie but I still have piles of dishes.

Thank you troupie. The risotto can be found here http://thermofun.com/thermofun-red-curry-prawn-risotto-recipe/
And the stew is a Jamie Oliver recipe I found in the good guys catalogue.

Something different here, chicken soup and ice-cream LOL.  I'm beginning to wonder if I'll ever feel like something different.

That casserole looks lovely Bedlam, bad luck about the mess.

I've had a shocker day at work today so going to go out for dinner to try and forget about it.

Just noticed we are on page 1000 of this thread - got to be a lot of inspiration for dinners in those pages.
