We had chicken and leek pie from the 4 blades magazine. Bit disappointing as it was very runny despite using twice the amount of cornflour stated in the recipe.

Kimmy I hate it when a recipe doesn't work, I find it very disheartening, was it tasty?

This looked so yum when I clicked on the link that I made it for our dinner tonight, was really nice  :D I did fry up some bacon and cut it into chunks and that could be added as desired, and also made a couple of GF garlic and herb pizzas to dip in the soup.  ;D
Kids loved being allowed to pick uo their pizza and dip it into their soup with their fingers.... ;D
:D

That's not good Kimmy. I like 'diary of a French foodie' recipes.
Tonight we had pasta in the pasta machine, combined with pumpkin roasted in the AF, a couple of rashers of bacon chopped all combined with about 1/2 cup freshly made pesto. It was really tasty.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Gosh, everyone does so well in the cooking department on a Sunday night!
Unless I have leftovers we usually have something simple....made omelette's filled with mushrooms, onions, cheese & spinach.

Laksa soup tonight - yum.

I love Journel of a french foodie's recipes too. They work and are very tasty.
