Thanks McMich, they were very nice. The recipe came from a Recipes Plus magazine and I only made half quantity as there are just the two of us.

Thermilover it is very easy to make. I should do a review of it as I made a couple of simple changes, like less cheese.

I had forgotten about that bread Cookie; must find my printouts and give it a go. I loved it on the day. Cant decide what to make for dinner; if I delay it long enough DH might not be hungry. Mean aren't I but I have some sewing to finish.

KFC tonight with mashed potatoes and veggies. I have been marinating the chicken in Kefir with the spices. Rhubarb is growing nicely so might make small Apple and Rhubarb pie.

I'm going to a Quirky Jo seminar tonight. I wouldn't have bothered but my brother wanted me to go with him and his partner. The rest of the family are having sausages and whatever vegetables they do for themselves.
DH did the cooking of the roast and vegies last night. It was lovely, even his packet gravy.

I've made Thermo Fried Rice and have Chicken Lovely legs marinating since yesterday. Will bake them in the oven tonight.

Donna Hay's pumpkin ravioli using wonton wrappers. They were way too big - nice though. Next time I will use pasta.

Should I be feeling guilty that I made the Non-Fried Fried rice again
It was one of those days when I was completely exhausted by the time my lo went to sleep..
Wasn't in the mood of having soup/take away, ended up making fried rice, at least I know it is healthy

We are having satays with something or other tonight. Probably vegetables and I'll do some satay sauce.

You are all making me feel guilty with all your special meals; I seam to have lost my mojo again. It was just steak, eggs and onion and tomato here.

After Marina's recommendation of the RC's Non-Fried Rice recipe I thought I would try it tonight. We liked it.Remembering Judy's comment about it making a lot I reduced the amount of rice.

One of the things I really like about the non fried fried rice, apart from it being so quick and easy to make as well as it tasting great, is the quantity .... day 2 you can either re-heat the left overs or have it as rice salad ... it suits my lazy style!

We had butternut squash, winter kale and sausage lasagne from the Inspiralized blog last night. It's not something I would normally make but it was quite quick and simple to make and I really enjoyed. A definite keeper for me.
