We had this tonight. It was very nice. I also made a little of the sauce and it complimented the chicken beautifully.

Yes, I think it was only a few days ago.

Last night we had a Meatza Pizza from a recipe I found on a piece of paper when I was sorting out some recipes. The base is made with mince steak and I topped mine with tomato, bacon, mushrooms, pineapple and cheese.
Tonight we are having Beef Curry with mixed vegetables.

I have a similar recipe mab, I haven't made it for years though.
I have just spent a few minutes looking through here for tonight's dinner. I am out of eggs and can't be bothered going down to the shop. We were having quiche. I found lots of inspiration from these posts.

Pan fried crocodile steaks, green papaya curry and stir fried leftover coconut rice. Bit different but very yum

The croc steak was nice. It has a tendency to get tough if not treated right (a bit like lean pork steaks ) but this was moist and yummy. I'm glad our local butcher stocks it.

We had Two Cheese and Tomato Pie. It has pastry mix in it to form the base. I decided that all pastry mix would have in it was flour and butter so I mixed up my own pastry mix. It actually worked better than bought pastry mix.
