I'm better, thank you. Tonight I made gnocchi with tomato sauce from the Basic cookbook. It was very nice and easier than how I used to make it, mainly because of my lovely new mat I bought from Tenina, which makes life so much easier.

Beef spareribs with a pineapple sauce here. We still have colds and don't really want to cook but must have a good meal.
