Zoodles Carbonara from http://www.cooks-notebook.com.au/2014/04/zoodles-carbonara/

I cooked the zucchini longer and because I had cream on hand, added a dash of that - delicious and so quick and easy.

Delicious Judy. We had Maddy's Artichoke and Parmesan Tart.  http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=5313.0
We used the AF and did roasted potato, carrot, pumpkin and Beetroot to go with it.

Not really. He sort of watched me make it today but didn't comment. I just remarked that we had eaten it many times before.

I made this salad yesterday for both of us to have.  It's really nice and we loved the herb dressing which was plentiful.  If you like to have bread with your salad there is lots of lovely dressing at the bottom of your bowl to dip it in.   :D

As the tenderloins came in a 500g pack, I added the oil and rub to a container with the other 250g of tenders and have frozen for another time (probably next week as we really enjoyed it).  There's enough rub left over for another go too.

The salad is  enough for 4 serves, so we will be having the left overs tonight which I'm looking forward to.

Everyone's meals look so lovely. Because the GK's were here we just had spaghetti bolognaise which I had made more than a week ago and froze. They are fussy eaters, but I know without a doubt they will eat my Bolognaise, I put grated zucchini, carrot, mushrooms & capsicum in with the meat, so I know they are getting done Veges.

Delicious looking meals everyone.

We only had scrambled egg on toast last night.  No idea what it will be tonight.

We're having pasta somehow or other tonight. It's quick after being out all day. JulieO the salad looks perfect for hot weather. So colourful too.
Katj you snuck a lot of Vegies in to the spaghetti.  ;D
