There was only the 2 of us tonight so we had a half quantity of not fried rice. There is still so much left.

It does serve a lot cookie but it freezes and reheats well.
I had butter chicken and cauliflower rice from the freezer followed by custard and fresh peaches. I bought some from Costco last time I was there and they're the best I've had since those from a tree in my parents' back yard over a decade ago.

That's good. Aldi is opening not far from us later this year. The building is nearly complete. No sign of Costco yet.

Cookie, where exactly is the new Aldi shop being built?
Tonight we are having a Chicken & Veg stir fry. I'm adding some Edamame beans (soya beans). I have been using them more of late, they are a good protein source. Nice in salads too.

I've seen them in Costco but maybe I should buy a smaller packet from Foodland first to see if I like them Katj.

Great meals everyone.
Last night we had chilli con carne and tortillas. Tonight cheesy tuna strudels.

I love edamame beans. The Aldi is being built in Warton Road just a tiny bit up from Amhurst Rd. Quite close.
I believe there are quite a few opening round about.

Great Kim, I plan to make some of those strudels once my freezer stocks are depleted somewhat.

No photos sorry, we had Skinnymixers chunky bolognaise tonight with zucchini noodles. It was delicious, the beef mince is cooked in the steaming basket above the sauce and added to the sauce after it is cooked. Tasted very nice.

Lovely photos Kimmy. They inspire me.
Not sure if we will have gnocchi with a vegetable sauce or a Recipe Tin Eats meal. I want to make some biscotti for Bake Relief as I will need to deliver them tomorrow.

Bbq and salad here tonight.
I tried the skinnymixers mince cooking method in the basket Denise and it seems to work ok.
