I made a chicken meal for DH using a recipe from the UK site.  Pockets in the breasts were filled with cream cheese/chopped veg and a tomato sauce served spooned over it.  I had a taste but wasn't particularly taken with it, thought there wasn't a lot of flavour to be honest.  DH thought the same.  First TM recipe in a while that hasn't hit the mark.

We had chicken and the sauce that went with it was sundried tomatoes cooked with good quality balsamic until it thickened up. Very nice. It said to put some brown sugar in but the balsamic is sweet enough.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Veggie Pizza using homemade Wholemeal base... It was nice, may start replacing plain flour by wholemeal from now on...

Does anyone have suggestions for a pizza base recipe which does not use yeast?

http://www.cooks.com/recipe/4e76o217/no-yeast-pizza-dough.html I use this one when I don't have time to let dough rise. I've always been happy with it. Not a Thermomix recipe, but still easy enough.

Made a nice and easy meal for me today from MB: 'Salmon, asparagus & lemon pasta'.  Using wholemeal pasta, flaked salmon fillet, asparagus, cherry toms, baby spinach, basil leaves, lemon juice/zest and finished off with a sprinkling of toasted pine nuts and black pepper.  Was exactly what I felt like today.  :)

I 'cooked' the spirals in the Alyce Alexandra method, so easy.  :D
