A lovely looking meal Julie.

We are having casserole here tonight.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

I made an egg and bacon pie, as it was quick and easy, last night, used 5 eggs and they were all double yokes.
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!

Gee that's an amazing number jeninwa. I only get one every couple of weeks.  A very healthy Egg and Bacon Pie.

We're having a Chicken and Artichoke Pot Pie.

I use Wholemeal flour when I make Roti breads, they taste nice and have a bit more body with the Wholemeal flour.
Also use Wholemeal flour in Zucchini slice instead of plain flour.
We had Chilli con carne over Cauliflower rice and a salad.

We're having sausages, but I might try to turn it into curried sausages because the recipe I used last time was brilliant. I'll have to find it.

We're having 'make your own burgers.' I make the meat patties, DH cooks them and the we serve all the bits and pieces on the table and everyone helps themselves. I'm thinking of making a Ciabiatta type roll for them as a change.
