Judy, looks great. You have inspired me to try this for dinner tonight.
Last night family for dinner. I had pre cooked corned beef and it successfullyreheated in microwave.
I also steamed lots of veggies in Varoma , put into baking dish, covered with Awesome cheese sauce and sprinkled a mix of grated cheese and Panko crumbs on top.  Looked terrific and tasted delicious.

Tonight .... curried sausages and rice http://www.recipecommunity.com.au/main-dishes-meat-recipes/hillbillys-curried-sausages/321763
Oh boy, that was a huge hit  ;D ;D Whole family gobbled it down and had second helpings  ;D (Much to DHs sadness - he wanted leftovers for lunch tomorrow)

It's great when you find another winner for the family astarra.

I had a cottage pie from the freezer then took one of my individual pavs out as well.  I had frozen them in the hope they would thaw OK and they were exactly the same as when first cooked.

Judy did you freeze the pavlova just as it was or did you do anything to it. It would be great to be able to freeze pavs.

I froze them just as they were Boo (unfilled of course) in an airtight plastic container sitting on top of each other.

Well done Judy, I honestly didn't think pavlova would freeze. Thanks for that.

I was sure I had posted this, I can't find it, so here I go again!
Last night we had Tenina's Pumpkin and Vegetable soup for dinner , with Ciabatta from her site. Both were lovely.

To clarify my previous post re freezing home made pavlova shells, they were frozen without the cream & fruit.

Yum cookie, everyone is making such delicious dinners.
Tonight we are having rockpools cauliflower and parmesan soup, quiche for the non soup lovers and crumbed chicken for the non loving soup and quiche eaters, feel like I'm running a diner sometimes it's a good job I enjoy cooking plus everything will get eaten
