I read in"recipe tin eats" Blog her new method for crumbing . I tried it. It works very well. Her recipe is for oven bake but I wanted to fry in a little oil. The main idea is to mix the flour with the egg, ( I added a little milk. ) and then cover in Panko bread crumbs.

I've also tried this method and it works very well. I baked mine in the oven.

The crumbing method sounds interesting. Must remember it for next time.
We had Chelsea's cheesy tuna strudels made into mini ones as per Karen's tweaks for dinner tonight.

Did pork Sweet and Sour using "recipe tin eats" method. Made Awesome cheese sauce to top a pasta bake.

We will be having Pumpkin soup tonight, but I can't decide between a pasta dish or chicken.

I made this soup of Tenina's. It was very nice. I didn't have any fresh sage as mine has died, so I used a little dried sage.

Made Skinnymixer's Vegetable Biryani yesterday (

).
It was quite easy to make but may increase the spices a little bit the next time as I felt it was a little bland for us, but fortunately not too spicy for my little one

Tonight is Tenina's Hasselback Chicken. I think it is an Insiders recipe, I'm not sure.

Thanks Kim, I should have eaten leftovers from last night's meal too but I really wanted to try Fozzie's recipe tonight. Leftovers tomorrow night now which works out well as I have a busier day tomorrow.
