Freezers come in very handy for unexpected visitors Chookie, what a great 'rustled up' meal. Enjoy your visitors.

Chookie, I'd happily be a rat in your house. That bread looks delicious.
We had a friend
for dinner tonight, so I made Snappy's chicken curry

with brown rice and stir fried veggies. For dessert, I made cream puffs filled with creme patisserie, topped with chocolate ganache.

Yes, I followed CP's method, but used a different recipe which had half milk and half water and bread flour.

Yummo those Ceam Puffs, ES.
Yes Judy, love my freezers .
Had some of the 3 minute cooked pasta left over so added to to Maddy's Bacon and vegetable soup. Very nice on a cold day.

Lovely bread Chookie and cream puffs ES.
DH has made some cabbage rolls for dinner tonight. He is trying them in the SC for the first time. I'm happy about that as I have my SD rising right next to it.

That reminds me, I'd better check my menu plan for the week. Checked and we are having Tandoori Chicken with home made flatbreads. I just got the chicken out too. I find it easier to do the thinking and planning on shopping day and the rest of the week just check what I had planned. I often deviate from it but it works most of the time.
