Not sure yet.DH is going out tonight so I'm on my own, it might be just boiled eggs and soldiers ;D

We're going to BBQ some lamb chops tonight, i'll just do a salad from the garden with it....tooo hot for anything else :p

I cooked roast lamb for dinner tonight with roast potatoes, steamed cauliflower and sprouts.

DH is doing a chicken in the Weber Q tonight. I will do the baked vegies in the AF.

We had grilled Barramundi with salad of lettuce, cherry toms, cucumber, radish and parsley, all from the garden.

Quirky Jo's Baked Beans here tonight. I was going to make a special bread to have with it but I can't be bothered and it's too hot to put the oven on. The air con is battling.

Cookie, I know how you feel.
This isn't a true Autumn here. Days too warm.
The Waffle baskets were a great success with the GC. We also decided they would be great reheated and crisped up in the AF. I made the batter in the TMX.
The cauliflower mash was also good. I steamed the cauliflower in the Varoma tray, then mashed it in the TMX with salt and pepper. Good low carb substitute for mashed potato.

I only made a half quantity but there was heaps for us and leftovers for DD and DH for lunch. It was very nice.
Tonight is Gnocchi and Chorizo.
