Broccoli soup made with leeks and a tin of white butter beans.
Love the sound of what everyone is having for dinner.

I made a dish from the magazine Dish. It had Soba noodles, hot smoked salmon, peas and a few peanuts in a dressing of lemon juice, soy and sesame oil. It was supposed to have pickled ginger in but none of us like it and it tasted lovely without it.

I found
this
recipe by The 4 Blades to use those frozen cod fillets that I found in my freezer today.I halved the recipe and it made six 1/4cup fish cakes. We both enjoyed them.Served them with
Mushy Peas
, a recipe from British Isles on a Plate.

Last night we had Salmon with Cleansing Spring sàlad (RC), a few cherry tomatoes and some cucumber on the side. Simple but tasty.
Cookie did you make your Soba noodles? The ones at the supermarket are actually not 100% buckwheat flour, only 29%. Has anyone purchased 100% buckwheat flour noodles anywhere?

Yes Katj I did make the soba noodles. I bought some buckwheat and blitzed it in the tmx and then used it to make the noodles. They are very nice.
