Last night we had hamburgers . Chopped parsley, celery carrot and zucchini then added mince egg breadcrumbs and a little mango chutney , kneed together. Also had mashed potato and pumpkin and steamed veg . The mash was for DH who seems to have a tummy bug and has not eaten much at all for a few days .

The meals sounds lovely. K Atie I hope your DH recovers quickly.
We're having pork chops, salad and a potato cut thinly and cooked in a tiny bit of oil.

I had a piece of Hoki thawing out for tonight's meal then I received this recipe in my FB feed http://www.recipetineats.com/baked-fish-with-lemon-cream-sauce/ .  No cream or evaporated milk in stock so I substituted 1/4 of a packet of Aldi's cheese sauce.  Made it as per packet instructions then added all the other things Nagi had in her sauce, reducing quantities to serve 1.  It was sooo delicious! Cooked in the air fryer 180 degrees for 9 minutes.

DH ate our dinner tonight , at last a real meal . We had chicken and cashews from BCB original one . Just kept the sauce separate. DS said he was full , possibly because he ate a lot of choc chip piklets made in food technology today . Now it's me coming down with a cough , hoping that tomorrow is not a downward slide too much to do .
