We had fish, AF chips, leftover salad from last night and roasted beetroot with a garlic yoghurt dressing.

I made Pizza. DS gave me the dough and some of his freshly made tomato sauce. Lucky me, an easy dinner

Have just made chicken stock in the slowcooker, so after straining it, I put a bit back in the bowl and have added chicken drums and seasonings..... not sure how it'll come out but worth a try
will do mash and steamed veg with it... oh and gravy using more chicken stock as the base

Last night I steamed some veggies, turned the potatoes into fried smashed potatoes and made a large chicken schnitzel to serve myself 2 meals. Having an easy meal on hand gives me more time for other chores.

We had a dish called Pizza Pasta Bake. It was penne with a rich tomato sauce, 100g pepperoni ( I cooked that first with some onion and garlic) and quite a lot of mozzarella. It was very nice.
