We had a recipetineats too Judy. We had the car club Christmas lunch today so wanted only something quick and light for dinner. Roasted pumpkin, feta and lots of spinach with a balsamic/oil dressing.

Tonight corned silverside and mash.

I planned to have a roast lamb dinner but the lamb joint is still frozen even though it's been defrosting overnight in the fridge.
So we're are having bacon,egg and mushrooms LOL

I have put rice, chicken stock (liquid), chicken drums, carrot, fresh beans from the garden and seasonings into the slow cooker .... hope it'll turn out edible
