CC, we don’t often see Quail on sale either. There is a farm in central Victoria that specialises in them. They mostly have them for the eggs. The dressed birds are a real luxury. I butterflied them and roasted them with potatoes that had been steamed first. I baked them at 180 degrees. Very tasty but a bit messy to eat.
CC this is probably a stupid question, but when you say Chilli does that mean a sort of meat dish that is spicy?
