I cooked a leg of lamb in the easy cooker yesterday and had cold roast lamb with salad.   I put the easy cooker in the laundry to keep the kitchen cool.

I often do that Margaret. Last night we had a baby Q roasted chicken and tonight is a recipe from Thermofun of little pie things with chorizo and mince. DH told me he needs a couple of red meat meals!

I had slow cooker Czech chicken paprikash from Skinnytaste Fast and Slow.   Made with skinless drumsticks then I removed the meat and added it back to the gravy.  Simple but nice.  I follow Skinnytaste on FB and have her 2 cookbooks.

Looks delicious Judy.

I've made a Hotpot for our dinner using beef instead of the traditional lamb.

We had RecipeTinEats Ham and Cheese Pancakes last night. I did AF chips and a salad to go with them. They were very tasty.

I've only eaten Quail once Chookie. Not something we see here for sale in my local supermarket.

CC, we don’t often see Quail on sale either.  There is a farm in central Victoria that specialises in them.
They mostly have them for the eggs.  The dressed birds are a real luxury. I  butterflied them and roasted them with potatoes that had been steamed first. I baked them at 180 degrees.  Very tasty but a bit messy to eat.
