We had Ham Salad last night. Tonight I’ve decided to cook Bhuna Gosht.

Grilled fish and coleslaw.  Made mayo in TMX and added garlic, Dill, parsley and tarragon. I thin it with lemon juice when required.  I bought a very small bottle of similar from Super market and copied it. Costs a 1/4 of the price to make and I know what is in it.

I didn’t particularly feel like any tea and time was marching on when I saw a posting on FB about a veggie soup.  Yes, that was just what I wanted so out of bed and into the kitchen to make a big pot of whatever veggies I could find.

Soup here - lentil and red bean or minestrone - depends on who gets to the fridge first as to which one we will be having!

RTE recipe of chicken breast cooked in oven and rice with kale stirred through.
As it was French National day we had seafood crepes for lunch.
