Salmon Fishcakes. DH had them with chips and baked beans. I had mine with roasted tomatoes and baked beans.

DH has asked for sausages, with onions in long buns for dinner tonight. With creamed rice to follow. Hence I am making long, thin buns and creamed rice.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Last night made corn fritters from fresh corn.   Interesting , as I usually make them from tinned corn. Had bacon and roasted tomatoes with them. Dob of sour cream on side.
Fish and steamed veggies tonight.   Cauliflower and roast veggie soup for lunch.
