Chicken filo parcels with mash, carrots & brussel sprouts.

We had Baf’s Chicken dish. We really enjoyed it as we hadn’t had it for ages.

Tonight is a Potato Pie. We have been to the dentist today and it always seems as though it takes 24 hours for your teeth to feel normal again.

Cookie, good to go though. I say to my daughter, “ fill me up with everything you have got”  Trouble is it takes a lot to deaden me.
I am passing on again. Get all your teeth in order before you are 80.  She has several clients in their 90 s.  They didn’t take care of their teeth as they didn’t think they would live that long.

Since joining the pie groups on FB I have found renewed interest in my pie maker which I only used to use when I had leftovers. Lately I’ve been making batches of fillings, tonight’s is what I call Chinese Flair but most people call is Chow Mein.  I took 9 down to DD and we both thought they were delicious.

The pies look nice Judy.  I would not have thought of using that as a filling. :)

Great pies Judy.  I love my pie maker.   In fact I love all my electric gadgets. I thought I might list them but am too embarrassed to do so as I have quite a lot. I was reading recently about a chef who only has a toaster and electric jug. How does he manage without a TMX. ?

If you have the room to store them why not Chookie.  That chef would find life easier if he did have a TMX and a few other gadgets.

What a silly man.  How can he survive without a tmx.

DH took me out for dinner last night.  DH had Thai chilli scallops with salad and I had Lamb backstrap with veg, it was delicious.  Sorry I forgot to take a photo.
