Tonight we had
Beef moroccan skewers with lemon yogurt dressing
Cous cous, salad, asian cucumber salad with flat bread

Made the cous cous with tmx chicken paste
 2 1/2 cups boiling water
2tbs chicken paste
1 1/2 cups couus cous
All in thermoserver

Delish :) flavour at last, normally ous cous very bland, , then stirred through a few fresh herbs after ds had what he wanted :)

1st dish from googling for my cow.

Very very nice, cooked a few sausages for ds but he loved it all!! Gulp, shock horror, yes he did, LOL

Tonight is a casserole and it's going to be 360C. With anchovy toasts and vegies. I'll just turn the air con up another notch.

That's a lot of topping on your pizza Uni - I didn't think Italians put so much on their pizzas.  You're not turning into an Aussie are you  ;)
