Steak, but lots of veges we have been picking from the garden.
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

Salmon fillets with mango salsa  green veg and fennel and mandarin salad . Family enjoyed , yes everyone happy .

KFC chicken breast , Celeriac ( was stringy, had to push through a strainer ) and Broard Beans also from garden. Sweet and Sour Sauce I found in freezer.

A bean, chick pea and haloumi curry. Either with saffron rice or plain rice. I have book club tonight so it will depend on how much time I have later today.

Amatriciana sauce with pasta , from A Taste of Italy - Skinnymixers new book . Really tasty . For entree we had blinis with smoked salmon and cream cheese .

I made chicken soup with a roast chicken carcass.  Not quite soup weather here but I can eat it anytime.
