We had the oven risotto from Skinnymixers new Italian book. I haven't been a great fan of her other books but this was lovely.

Will do K Atie. Tonight we had the Prawn linguini. It said it would serve 6 and it certainly would. We had heaps left over, more than half. It is extremely nice. It was all cooked in the bowl. She didn't say top cook the pasta and prawns on reverse, but I did so as I was cared the pasta would fall to bits. Very nice indeed.
