Crumbed fish with potato mash, green beans & baby carrots.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

That sounds lovely Judy. I'm sure you are having a wonderful day. We are having some sort of main meal salad tonight.

Gert and I bought some low Carb bread at Aldi and tried it for Dinner with cold Roast Pork. It was surprisingly quite nice.
Ral had pork and gravy.

I made Ginger Beef Stew, cooked in the SC. Served it with baby potatoes,Chardonnay carrots and peas. I also cooked a Chocolate Soufflé ( found at the bottom of the freezer) for DH. I had baked apple stuffed with mincemeat.

I had never thought of doing that Denise. I will have heaps left over after making my fruit mince tarts so I will do that a couple of times. I used to have it on  my icecream but I rarely eat icecream now.
