Thank you all, it's still a couple of weeks away but we took the opportunity while DD is on holidays.
Tonight's dinner is roasted pumpkin, pearl couscous, broccoli with a sort of dressing and haloumi on the top.

I haven't made that for ages Denise and it is very nice. We are having a beef stir fry tonight, DD is cooking. I just made some Ramen noodles for it in the Pasta maker.

We're having a meat pie and veggies. The meat for the pie is cooling in the fridge.

OK this was DDs request soba noodles with smoked salmon and avocado, edemme beans (green soy beans ) lemon juice. As DS and DH are away in fact having a BB Que and go carting I said fine , it was OK needed a sauce I think .

Last night we had a lamb roast dinner. Tonight Pizza Topped Chicken breasts.
