Thank you all, it's still a couple of weeks away but we took the opportunity while DD is on holidays.
Tonight's dinner is roasted pumpkin, pearl couscous, broccoli with a sort of dressing and haloumi on the top.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

I haven't made that for ages Denise and it is very nice. We are having a beef stir fry tonight, DD is cooking. I just made some Ramen noodles for it in the Pasta maker.

OK this was DDs request soba noodles with smoked salmon and avocado, edemme beans (green soy beans ) lemon juice. As DS and DH are away in fact having a BB Que and go carting I said fine , it was OK needed a sauce I think .
