it sounds delicious.
We are having snags and mash with green peas. We have been out at the Classic Car show since 7 am so it had to be something easy.

Pork belly.  Never seem to get it as good as what Judy served us when we visited some years ago. Trying RTE method.
DD dropped off a large bag of Apples.  Big hint.  More Apple Cake Tart.

I made Chicken Kebab. I marinated it overnight in yoghurt and spices before cooking it tonight. Couldn't face rice again so served it with jacket potatoes and a simple mixed salad. DH thoroughly enjoyed it. DS joined us tonight for dinner too.

I have some ham that needs to be used so I am going to make a bottomless quiche using it.

We are having corned beef in the SC. I have put some Vegies in with it and I will sauté some thinly sliced cabbage with a tiny bit of butter on reverse in the thermomix . I did that last night and it was lovely.

Also cooking Corned beef today.  I like to do it in the SC so I can add lots of flavourings.
