Made Sweetcorn fritters. FODMAP recipe. Served with sour cream and Sweet Chilli Jam.

K Atie, both your meals sound lovely.
We are only having sausage rolls with potato mash, carrots and greens of some sort.

I made Lime and Pepper Grilled Chicken Breasts. Served them with potato salad and a beetroot, lettuce , tomatoes and cucumber salad. DS grew the beetroot so I grated it raw and added it to the salad.

We are having chicken something tonight. I have some veggies steaming at the moment and I plan to put a cheese sauce over them.

Having a campaign to use what’s in freezer.  Might use the Lasagna.

I’m always having that campaign Chookie LOL. Tonight I’ve taken out some tomato & veggie sauce to go with some spinach and cheese ravioli.

I decided that this morning as my freezer is very full. It doesn't have a lot of meals in it though. More bits and pieces.
