I'm so hungry ATM JO your photo makes me sad that I can't just have a serving. Don't think anyone is going to be home for another couple of hours. Re-heating the chow mein from last night and steaming up a bit more cabbage.

Have you tried this one Wonder.
This is Trudy Olive's

320g plain flour
1teaspn salt
3 tblspns olive oil
1 tspn baking powder
180g warm water
Place everything into the bowl.
Mix 10 seconds on speed 7 to combine.
Set to locked position and knead for 3 mins.
Put dough onto breadmat and rest 5-10 mins.
Divide dough into 12 pieces and roll each piece into a flat round.
Fry in an oiled hot frying pan until they start to brown.  Turn them over and cook the other side.
OK to freeze.
Also great for making tortilla chips in the oven with any leftovers.

I haven't actually made them Meagan but JulieO and others have, see here where she says not to cook them too long in the pan or they will not be flexible enough.  Bit of reading there  ;)

That looks lovey JulieO (as always  :))
I've often wondered about sushi rice - do you cook that the same way as other rice?

Thanks Katie.  Yes I just treat it like normal rice, (cook it in the TM).  Have only recently discovered it and I really like it.  :)
