OMG maddy your pictures are always mouth watering. You should be a photographer.

Last night we had fish with lemon pepper and lime steamed in Varoma served with home made chips and salad.

Tonight is mince roll with anchovies in the centre, with vegies.

For us is Kerrie's KFC and veg. I think I may have over done the spice mix though as its got a bite to it. Oh well it smells great though.

Kidlets back with us at school today so needed a quick dinner after arriving home later than usual ( if that is possible) - salmon fillets with balsamic glaze, steamed vegs and sushi rice - made balsamic glaze in thermie and brushed it on salmon fillet before and after cooking in 200 deg oven 12 mins - it was delish so will be making the glaze more regularly :D  :D missing the regular contact throughout the day with you lovelies  :-*  :-*
