The sausage rolls look good Cookie.  I have quite a few in the freezer so might be time to eat some.

I made these with mince and quite liked them. They weren’t as fatty as sausage mince often is. Of course they had veggies included!

Homemade sausage rolls are the only ones I’ll eat cookie, they look very nice.

We are much the same Judy. The same with pies. Bought ones seem to have all sorts of yuk in them.

Yesterday I made a creamy soup base with cauliflower and chicken stock.  Added lots of steamed veggies and chunks of turkey.  More like a chowder. Very nice and healthy.
