For lunch we had Panko crumbed chicken breast fillets dipped first in a mixture of egg and flour mixed together, ( RTE  method) but with added KFC mix added.  Made 2 second salad  ( posted ) in TMX after making Mayo.
For Dinner , as we going out, leftover Fried Rice with prawns added. Also GF Coconut pancakes with new Strawberry jam.

DH and DD had a casserole from the freezer and I had tuna and salad. I was still full from my lunch out.

We had pasta with meatballs in a spicy sauce. I would love to say I made the dish but I bought it. It’s been one of those days.

Why not? Sometimes it is totally necessary.

I agree, do whatever is easiest for you Denise.  You’ll get back to all your beautiful cooking once you have a brand new kitchen to work in.
