Made sweet and sour pork.  Dipped pork pieces in SD starter with a little carb soda and salt added.  Shallow fried and put aside to Reheat in AF . Made enough for 2 meals. Put cooked rice, topped with Sweet and Sour sauce in microwave and then added reheated pork.  Easy leftover meal for tonight.

It sounds nice Chookie.
I’ve just had a Vietnamese meat roll for lunch and I’m sure that will keep me full for the rest of the day.  Dessert for tea maybe!

Beef roll up with a bacon & cheese filling and a mushroom sauce.  Mixed steamed veg to go with them.

Tonight is a chicken breast sliced thinly and out onto a piece of puff pastry with sun dried tomato and spinach and then rolled up like a pinwheel. Its then sliced into pinwheels.

Cookie, thanks for the reminder with the Lamb and Middle Eastern flat bread.  This is one of my early posts on my blog and on the Forum. Love it as it is so tasty.
Probably Salmon tonight.
Last night we had Chicken Schnitzel with the leftover Sweet and Sour Sauce, brown rice. I dipped the chicken in SD starter and then in SD bread crumbs. Anyone with starter, just add a little Carb Soda , salt and pepper and mix. Perfect.

Probably beef stew. I know I froze two portions in the freezer so it’s just a question of finding it and reheating.

Well done. I must admit I know what is in my freezer but sometimes I can't find it. I always start off well after a clean out but then DH adds bits of this and that and puts things in different drawers to me.
