We're having tacos tonight, using RTE recipe for the wraps.

These zucchini fritters are really nice for a light meal which is what I wanted tonight. https://www.theironyou.com/2013/11/zucchini-fritters-low-carb-gluten-free.html

Chookie I think Keto sprinkle parmesan cheese on zucchini sticks instead of crumbs, I might try them one day. I like zucchini done any way other than boiling or steaming them, they’re pretty tasteless without some flavour added.

CC, that is one of our favourite Winter recipes.  What a delight to have sprouts from the garden.
Beef fillet on the BBQ tonight.

Comfort food Denise, I wish it was that time of the season for us here!
I just ate all the bits and pieces in the fridge to get rid of them tonight so it was a bit of this and a bit of that - a free meal really.

It all sounds lovely. We had a fried rice thing, using brown rice and smoked salmon and eggs as the protein. We all enjoy it and it only takes a short time to make.

I made a nice Thai peanut chicken with coconut rice a few days ago for DH which he's had for the last 3 nights.  He really enjoyed it so it's one I will make again.  Will make something new tonight.

I wasn't that hungry so just had some granola with a touch of soy milk, was just what I felt like.  :)

Tonight I’m trying a recipe from a Diabetic magazine. It’s basically chicken breast hammered out and stuffed with breadcrumbs and prosciutto, then rolled up.

Thinking we may have Tuna and rice , steamed rice with fresh vegies copped up and a tin of tuna , herbs and lemon . Maybe steamed hard boiled eggs ( cooked with the rice in basket) .
