Chicken breast with a mixture of Panko bread crumbs mixed with thyme sprinkled thickly on the chicken and then grilled in the oven.  It is a Donna Hay recipe. Lots of green veggies from the garden and steamed potatoes with fennel butter. Fruity dream made with poached peaches.

That sounds delicious Chookie. We're having roast beef and vegies with gravy from Thermofun. I make a batch of this and freeze it in portions.http://thermofun.com/thermofun-gravy/

Gravy sounds delicious cookie, I was looking at a Keto one very similar last night and have printed it out - no flour in that one of course.  Will compare the two later.

Just a made up Nutribullet mixture - frozen fruits, left over (c. 1 tsp!) of mango, cashews, rolled oats and yoghurt topped up with water.  Surprisingly filling and tasty.

I believe there is a thing called a Nutribullet blast but cannot find any recipes ... does anyone have any suggestions?  I think they would be good for me to try.

I made a roast vegetable quiche yesterday, had this with coleslaw and sweet corn for dinner.  Will have the left overs tonight.

I had a look on google cuilidh and found a few different sites where blast was mentioned.  I've put the links here but you may have
seen these. Maybe send a query to Nutribullet Australia to see if they can point you in the right direction, worth a try.  :)

For me today I made another Michelle B meal called 'Pea & cottage cheese pie'.  I didn't use what was suggested as the base and instead I baked the mixture in 2 small silicone flan moulds (9cm x 3cm deep) so it was more a crustless quiche.  Really enjoyed it served with simple salad leaves and a couple of quartered cherry toms.  I'll have the other serve tomorrow.

For the 2 men  ;D  they had bbq chicken with actifry chips, tossed  salad and home made pasta salad. :D
