Last night we had Hot Dogs topped with fried onions and a salad, DH loved them. I ate mine but wasn’t that keen. Chance had the Remington sausage not eaten. 😁
Tonight I have planned Nasi Goreng.

We had lasagne using the tomato sauce/passata I have been making. It made it really taste delicious. So much more flavour.

Cookie, homemade stuff is so much tastier. Chicken stock and bread are two examples.

Last night, pork chop and lots of veggies. Peach crumble.
Tonight chicken tenderloins and stir fry veggies from garden. Lemon delicious.
Judy, I often look at the recipe for the cloud bread but can’t quite get desperate enough to make it.

I just had one toasted with butter & vegemite but it doesn’t crisp up and I’d rather have one of my bought low carb crisp breads Chookie. It was quite nice with the berries & cream when first made but at this stage I’m trying all sorts of recipes just because I’m home all day and have the time. I might just try reheating in the pan in which they were cooked rather than in the toaster which is what I do with crepes. I’ll make a pizza using one as a base too so by the time I’ve tried different ideas of eating the 6 cloud breads I will or won’t bother making them again.

I made a Guinness casserole last night. Tonight I have made the leftovers into a Pangolin Pie at DH’s request. The pastry is a cheese one this time.
Followed by a Bread and Butter Pudding.
