Cookie, I’m finding the new slightly larger Philips AF quite different to the old one.  It is hotter and being manual , not digital, is harder to set the timer.  I bought it when it was $100 off. There is no limit to what I can cook in it.  Whatever I can cook in oven, I can cook in AF.
Chicken and mushroom pies for dinner. Paw paw.

We are having RTE Baked Beans on toast with an egg and bacon on the top.

Dare I say, I have the Belini. I love it. It is like an oven that you open from the front. Has trays. I was hesitant to begin with but am very happy.

Here is our dinner. The RTE recipe is wonderful. https://www.recipetineats.com/homemade-baked-beans-recipe-heinz/

I don’t like egg white so DH eats mine for me.

Leftover Chicken and mushroom pies with salad from garden. Last night we had a Christmas Pud from Aldi.  It was awful.  The chickens can have the leftovers.

After seeing Cookies, Adam Liaw pulled chicken and drooling. I put it in the slow cooker before
work this morning. Will have it on a jacket potato tonight for dinner and  tomorrow DS & DIL are coming over to make bread for World Baking Day. Will have leftover pulled chicken on rolls.

I hope you enjoy it Mich. We did.
Tonight DH came home with an enormous chook and said he was going to halve it and make Peri Peri chicken in the baby Q. I persuaded him to freeze half as it was so big. We used a RTE marinade so it should be nice.

I had a piece of spinach quiche with leftover roast veggies and freshly steamed broccolini.
You’ve all been busy cooking up some lovely meals.

I cut some bread rolls in half,  scraped out the crumbs and filled them with curried mince.  Very tasty and plenty after a big lunch.

Chicken schnitzel, mashed potatoes and peas and carrots.  I used SD starter in place of of egg and flour.  Panko bread crumbs.
