We had pizza tonight. We seem to be able to do it quickly now. I even tried making a stuffed crust with one of them.
Cookie, how do you do a stuffed crust?

When I put the base onto the pizza plate I rolled it larger than required. I then put mozzarella cheese around the edge and folded the excess base over it. This time I used grated mozzarella, but I think next time I will use thin strips of mozzarella. It was different.

Very cleaver Cookie .
Seafood risotto added asparagus and broccoli baby spinach . Seems the gremlins have devoured most of it .

We needed “comfort food” seeing it’s a cold day here today so made Cottage Pie.Last night I cooked Fish and Chips. Friday evening DS brought a Spinach and Paneer curry for us.  Wednesday evening I made a Sausage Casserole in the slow cooker and we ate leftovers Thursday evening.

I love carrot and parsnip mash. I find that the parsnips I buy always have very hard centres though.
We are having crumbed steak and veggies.

I was browsing an old Woolies magazine this afternoon and came across a recipe I thought I’d convert to the Thermomix, Pumpkin, Chia & Cashew Soup.  I was pleasantly surprised, even with my limited taste buds and I’m sure it will be even better tomorrow.

We are going to have a massive crop of tomatoes.  So yesterday I picked a couple of green ones and made a green tomato salad. ( on my Blog).  Instead of the dressing with the recipe I dressed the salad with the Peach and Cardamon Vinegar that I made.  Good combination.

Leftover Beef cheek and mashed potatoes.  That RTE recipe for the Beef cheeks is really something.
