Lamb cutlets.  Turkey soup for lunch.
Marina’s DH brought us the most magnificent SD loaf.  It brightened up my SD heart as my SD has been playing up.

We had pasta, with chorizo that I had cooked to get most of the oil out of and a pea pesto all through it.

Toasted ham sandwiches. Fresh peaches. Our home grown ones are nearly ready to pick.

We had the RTE Crustless Quiche that she sent the recipe out for. It was more like a frittata but I enjoyed it. We had simple veggies with it.

Spaghetti & meatballs in a vegetable sauce.  Mango fluff for dessert.

We're having a stir fry tonight. It's too hot to cook anything much.

I roasted a pork fillet that I wrapped in bacon. Served it with sage and onion stuffing, roast potatoes, steamed green beans, carrots and gravy.
