I’m making small Wholemeal/ grain bread rolls.  I cut the top off, scrape out the crumbs, spray with a little oil and crisp up in AF.  I then fill with curried mince. A tasty small meal with salad.
Can be filled with anything.

Vegetable curry with rice for dinner.  Vegetable soup for lunch.

There is one thing that is good during lock down ... I am getting the chance to clear out my freezer so dinners are becoming a bit of a 'lucky dip' - tonight it looks like soup, but it could be anything, just depends what I grab first!

No Judy, we ate it as it was.  The gnocchi were to supply the bread bit. Both DH and DD had seconds.
Tonight is roast beef.
