Pea and Ham soup, with mini croutons that DH made from his sausage roll maker bread rolls. Then a spinach and fetta pie in the AF.

What a great idea.  Lovely little croutons. What bread recipe did DH use, Cookie. ?
I had some leftover beef and wine stew so made pies in pie machine. Reheated upside down in AF.  Crisps up the bottoms.

It was the No Fuss recipe with lots of seeds added. DH thinks he is one smart cookie now.
Tonight is pies from the freezer with veggies. I could only find 2 pies, but I did find a lone sausage which one of us will have. An easy dinner as I have book club.

I'm trying a frittata tonight that is in the latest WW Food magazine. It has haloumi, chick peas and lots of veggies. Also 10 eggs, which I may look at reducing a bit.

That’s a lot of eggs Cookie.  The double batch of lemon butter that I made had 12 eggs.
Last night grilled chicken breast. Bit dry so tipped some Lemon Carrot marmalade over it.  Did the trick. Steamed veggies in Varoma and sliced pots in basket.
