Stir fried veggies with a honey & soy sauce.  Parboiled so they were soft enough for me to eat and it was a nice change, I’ll get 3 meals out of this dish.

We had roast beef with roast veggies, broccolini an d asparagus.

I’ve been eating a lot of asparagus lately cookie, it’s so cheap at the moment as are avocados.

I added some savoury mince to my leftover stir fried veggies from yesterday and topped a baked jacket potato with it.  It was quite OK although I could only eat a bit of the potato.
