I love pearl couscous.
We’re having Greek meatballs on a bed of risoni pasta.

We had pasta, roast pumpkin, tomatoes and bocconcini all with pest stirred through. I’m having trouble with Tapatalk so no photo.

Apricot chicken for the men with potato mash, beans & cauli/broccoli dish.   Soup for me as I eat my main meal at lunch time.  This way suits my tummy better.

Good idea Margaret. I prefer my main meal at lunchtime too, not for the same reason as you though. I like to have a quick evening meal so that I can knock off for the day, relax and watch the news etc.

Mab and Judy, I believe having the main meal during the day is better for you as it means everything gets digested before settling down at night and your body is not working to digest food when you should be sleeping ... or something like that!!
