We had a pasta and tomato dish with a mushroom spinach salad. Neither was very nice so we mixed them together and added a balsamic dressing. It helped a lot.

A very (non) home-made meal tonight - a a packet of ravioli from the supermarket and a jar of passata sauce from the greengrocer!  All things considered, not too bad and better than a burger and chips which was the alternative - that will probably come later in the week.

A dinner out truffle pasta , very nice . Next night leftovers to be eaten up . Tonight we had vegetable burgers and sautéed Tuscan kale . Tuscan kale from Wilson’s fruit and veg in Ballarat , it was very nice much better than the curly kale .

We had a casserole on Thursday night and there was a lot left over. Tonight I made that into 8 pies. 3 for dinner and the rest in the freezer.
