Judy, I hated smoked cod as a child and still do. Your mornay does look nice, I'm glad you were able to eat it.
We are having Cottage pie with potato & cauli mash, a mix of brussel sprouts & broccolini as there isn't much of either one and carrots.

We’re having pizza tonight.
Judy as a kid the only fish I ever had except in holidays was smoked cod. It was the only fish you could get in the bush. Mum sometimes used tinned salmon as I hated the bits of bone. In January we would go to Bunbury for 2 weeks holiday and stay with Dad’s brother, his wife and family. Fortunately they had a large house as there was 4 adults and 7 kids. Dad had a fishing boat down there an my Uncle looked after it. For 2 weeks we would gorge on the beautiful dhufish they caught.

Last night was chicken pieces and lots of veggies thrown into a pan and baked. It was very nice. DH is doing a roast chicken tonight.

Last night we had La La’s lemon chicken with risoni pasta underneath. It was yum . Tonight we had lamb back straps and vegetables. Dessert halved baked pears cooked with cream and brown sugar .
