Tonight it’s a Chocolate Zucchini Smoothie https://lifestylemedicine.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/07/ACLM-Food-As-Medicine-Jumpstart-8.5x11.pdf I’ve never used soy milk before but I guess the Sustagen I add would mask the taste somewhat, this is really nice.

It sounds an unusual combination Judy. I’m glad it was nice.
DH went shopping a while ago to buy something for dinner. We have plenty in the freezer and I’d planned on pizza which would only need the bases made. He came home with a leg of ham. Delicious. I’m going to have a ham and salad sandwich. He and DD are having ham steaks and vegetables.

Make your own pizza with GS. He will have waffles with maple syrup and cream and I will have Paw paw for sweets.

Apple carrot soy smoothie, very nice https://cookpad.com/us/recipes/2429593-apple-carrot-soymilk-smoothies   I didn’t add the ice-cubes but did add my 3 scoops of Sustagen and I’m sure the ice would have watered down the lovely taste somewhat so I’m glad I didn’t see that line. It only made 1 serve.

DS home requested Steak . Mash potatoes and greens . Gave DH the tenderest piece . If his temporary crown lasts I’ll be amazed.

I got a temporary crown yesterday as well, K Atie.  I am also waiting to see how long this one lasts!

Banana blueberry orange smoothie https://cookpad.com/ke/recipes/342234-banana-blueberry-orange-smoothie

Think I have enough soy milk left for 1 more smoothie, a litre has gone a long way. I enjoyed this one too, made 1/2 quantity for 1 large serve.

Quick Thai chicken curry, used a Aldi red curry paste . Cookidoo recipe but the same recipe was on it 3 times and it was the last of three , no fish sauce . But I used pumpkin eggplant as main vegetable. Served with rice . Filled DS up . Soon I’ll have no left overs when he is home ! Thought there maybe a serve left to put in freezer for DD when she returns . Next time now . Trying to get some extra meals in freezer for harvest but none yet .

K Atie, sounds like a good plan to stack the freezer.
