Tonight I had a banana/zucchini/cauli/spinach/mixed seeds with almond milk and Sustagen.
Just what I needed after 9.5 hours doing heaps of washing.

That is a lot of washing Judy.
We had to pop down to Australind today so it was a full day away. We had fish and chip take away.

Cauli and fruit smoothie https://reclaimingyesterday.com/hidden-cauliflower-smoothie/
I added an extra cup of almond milk to get the thickness I wanted so it ended up making 2 serves. Mine is a peachy colour as I used red grapes, strawberries, mango and pineapple.

Orange, tomato & capsicum smoothie - 1/2 of the quantities of this recipe https://eatsmarter.com/recipes/orange-tomato-smoothie-with-peppers
Certainly different but it had 5 stars from reviews so thought it was worth trying. Mine is a different colour because I added Sustagen. I used roasted red capsicum that I had in the freezer and only 1 tsp soy sauce. It wasn’t bad, I had no trouble drinking it but it wouldn’t be one of my favourites.
